Amanda was super sweet and very personable. I felt like she was experienced enough that my cut and color did not take up too much of my day but at the same time I don't feel she rushed my service. Maribel gave me the best shampooing I've ever had!

I went in to get a giftcard for my daughter in law for xmas. They have a friendly staff. Parking is easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It appears to be a very busy salon, that offers quite a few services.

Let me tell you about how happy I am with my service with Caroline. I’m normally the kind to let my hair go 6 months between haircuts and then all of sudden I have no patience and end up at a great clips and since I primarily wear my hair up, the cut quality didn’t matter to me. I’ve seen Caroline ~twice before for some basic trims. But this time I wanted to go from basic shoulder length to an edgy bob with major undercut all the way around. I had some inspo pics, but wasn’t quite sure how I wanted it to translate on my head and so I know I was a fussy client who kept wanting things changed, to the point where we ran out of time in the appt. Caroline was an absolute professional and suggested I sleep on it, style it my way, and come back tomorrow to see how I felt and make any further changes and wouldn’t let me pay until tomorrow. (I also think she had another client after so I really respect that she made a compromise to not keep them waiting too long while letting me adjust to the drastic length change- like I said, professional and smart move). After styling it my way, I just realized I needed the undercut moved up a little more the next day which Caroline did beautifully. It’s been about two weeks and I cannot express how grateful I am for Caroline. I’ve never felt more myself with this haircut and I’m so appreciative at how hard she worked to fulfill my vision. She is amazing. My only regret is that I can’t tip her more (I’m a teacher between jobs during summer).
